Our project equips you with tools to manage negative emotions and enhance emotional intelligence through workshops and discussions. Connect with peers, share experiences, and build a supportive community.

PROJECT OBJECTIVES:
empower you with effective coping tools to enhance mental wellness
establish a nurturing environment for introspection, self-analysis, and open communication
foster your deeper connection with and appreciation for the natural world
enhance your emotional awareness and diminish stress
encourage your creative exploration and self-exploration through artistic expression
motivate you to uncover your latent talents, fostering a stronger sense of purpose and self-value
facilitate cross-cultural dialogue and idea exchange to cultivate unity and strengthen European values
When: 9-17 April 2024 (including 2 travel days)
Where: Alezio, Italy
Participants: 5 participants + 1 group leader per country, total 30
Participant profile: 18-25 years old, 18+ group leader
Participating countries: Italy, Greece, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain
Language: English
What is covered:
100% room and board, 3 meals and 2 coffee breaks per activity day
